Vegeketo is a portmanteau of "Vegetable + Ketogenic" โ a new dietary paradigm that practices the ketogenic diet using plant-based foods only.
Conventional ketogenic diets rely on animal fats, raising concerns around cholesterol, saturated fat, and environmental impact. Plant-based keto achieves the same ketosis through nuts, seeds, avocado, olive oil, and coconut oil โ while supporting cardiovascular health and the environment at the same time.
This site, built on 30 years of research by Dr. Lee Gwang-jo, provides an easy-to-follow macro calculator, automatic meal plan generation, 162 recipes, and 12 chapters of theoretical lectures.
